Chief Crowfoot was elected Chief for the Siksika Nation in 2019. Since then he has been leveraging his personal experience, corporate background, and work history in the political organization industry to serve the best interests of the Siksika community.

Chief Crowfoot completed his post-secondary education at East Carolina University where he earned a Master of Business Administration and Master of Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to assuming his role as Chief, he served as the Nation’s Chief Financial Officer. He has also held a number of other high-profile positions throughout his career in finance. Most notably, he was Financial Reporting Manager at XPO Logistics, Inc., Senior Assurance Associate at KPMG Audit, and Manager of Standards and Certification with the First Nations Financial Management Board.
